Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons ZEMA CO does not offer refunds or exchanges on jewellery due to change of mind. 

If you have received faulty or broken items we require photo evidence within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. This can be done via email. I will review the product and get back to you with a outcome.

All of my products are handmade. That means I have cut, rolled, shaped, baked, sanded and assembled each piece. BY HAND!! That also means there are going to be slight imperfections, that's how you know you are getting a handmade product.
